Cherokee at Westcliff

This area is very quiet and fairly close to campus. There's not a lot of young people, but it's a great affordable location.

I love that Cherokee at Westcliff is tucked away and hidden. It is a lot of older people, as well as some families and students. The walls are thin on the exterior sides, so I can hear when my neighbors have their tv on if I am against those walls. However, I can't hear anything else and the noise is so minimal that it doesn't typically bother me. These are condos, so they are individually owned. My landlord is great, but I have no idea how others are. We have an HOA who is helpful and tries to do events occasionally. Currently, we do watch parties for football games in the clubhouse. It is a really beautiful area and the pool is very nice. The building is older (built in the 60s), and each unit is going to depend on the landlord. My unit specifically has been painted, has updated countertops in the bathroom, and has laminate hardwood. The only ways I notice the age of the apartment are that the floors are slanted in some spots and the doors to some rooms do shut snugly or completely. I also really love having two balconies. It is nice to be able to sit outside and listen to nature.

Apartment has been great. Found this place on Zillow. Landlord super nice. Quiet. Close to Campus. Clean. Nice part of town.
