Good for the circumstances

The pricing is great for the Nashville area (Antioch), but there are some reasons why the property is probably priced that way. There was a roach issue when I first moved in, and there are gunshot sounds frequently in nearby neighborhoods. Entering and exiting the complex is on a busy street with limited sight, making it a bit dangerous to come and go freely. The amenities are well-kept and maintenance is quick and responsive. The overall interior is updated to a degree, but higher quality renovated apartments are an additional expense.
