Pretty good
My apartment is pretty alright and I like the neighborhood. I live right next to the B line, C line, and a walking distance from the D line so transportation is very convenient. There is also a Star Market that is a 14 minute walking distance from the apartment. The building is a bit older, but everything works great and all of our neighbors are either employed or grad students. It is a bit further from campus, but the commute is not bad at all during the weekdays.
