Excellent quality control, location, and facilities.

The apartment itself is pretty much spotless, and the location is fantastic for being near water and being able to walk a to the farmers market. It’s a bit far from cornell and it doesn’t have the best bus stops, but otherwise I really love it. Having the gym directly across the street is a big bonus too!
