Excellent for the price

While living in Broomfield and commuting to Boudler/Denver is not ideal, this apartment is great for the price. Utilities are not included by are divided between units based on ratio billing and the management folks are friendly, kind, and accessible. I have loved living in this complex so far and I'm considering renewing my lease for another year.
