Great for Westminster
I toured many apartments in the Westminster area and this was by far the best one. My commute to school is anywhere from 18-30 minutes depending on traffic but it is a perfect in-between spot of Denver and Boulder. The two-story gym is so nice and management is responsive. There are also awesome trails nearby!

Covell on the Promenade
An amazing apartment with modern amenities and unbeatable bang for your buck. Large parking garage for residents. Has a pool, hot tub, club house, and a 2-story gym. Amazing location right next to Westminster City Park and walking distance to an AMC, bowling alley, Dave & Busters, and many restaurants.
Only downside is that it is a 20-30 minute drive from campus. This makes it difficult since most of your classmates will be living and hanging out in Boulder.
