It's too expensive but great location
I have to pay extra for parking and all my utilities on top of the extravagant amount of rent. It's close to campus though and I honestly think that makes it worth it because I hate traffic and driving.
Laundry is included and all appliances have been very nice. They are currently remodeling the units so I imagine rent will only continue to increase. I am not sure the price is worth the amenities.
