Pretty good, but not worth the money.

Definitely has improved since I first moved here in July 2023. Somewhat loud considering Henderson Street is a major road. Maintenance people are great and fast. For some reason, the fire alarms go off 2-5 times a month without any fire, just a reoccurring issue with the wiring.
