Decent but expensive
I enjoy living in the Squirrel hill neighborhood and would definitely recommend the area. The apartment itself is nice and quiet and the management company is responsive. However, no utilities are included except water which is included for the first year only. Additionally, you have to provide your own washer/dryer and pay $25/month to use it. This is a great temporary apartment, but you could probably find a better deal elsewhere.
