Close to downtown, close to transit, spacious, but...
House is close to downtown, parking is included, public transportation is near, the unit is spacious and there is laundry within the house. There is a spacious backyard as well. However, the area is not entirely safe. You will be able to hear(and feel) the train passing continuously. There is a pest problem with the house. The gate to parking is manual so you will have to get out to physically open the gate to park with can present safety issues at night. Parking for guests is ample on the side streets and not a heavy presence of parking enforcement.
