Boutique apartment on edge of Lower Greenville
On the edge of the Lower Greenville neighborhood, this apartment's location is only a 10-15 drive to the SMU campus while being in walking distance to great food options on Greenville Ave. Facing Garrett Park, there have been some issues with crime, but the parking is gated and the building is secure with key fob access so I feel safe in the neighborhood and walking alone during the day.
The renovated vintage building offers a boutique feeling, with only 20 units in total. My boyfriend, cat, and I are the first to occupy our unit since its renovation and have appreciate the design details within the space.
