I have loved my experience in this multi-unit duplex! The management company, Ci Management, oversees several housing units in East Dallas and provide an easily accessible online system to manage rent payments and maintenance requests. In dialoguing with my peers about their monthly rent costs, I've found my apartment's rent to be far more affordable than that of my friends living in the area. In addition, the Santa Fe trail is located directly across from my apartment, so there is easy access to jogging/biking/walking space in the neighborhood.
