Deerwood Knoll Condominiums
Quiet area, little traffic. Each condominium is individually owned/rented and is overseen by a homeowners association that schedules maintenance and lawn services for the entire complex. As a result, each condo can be a little different in terms of layout, rent cost, amenities, and management; however, they all have porches and outdoor storage areas. There is a pool, mailboxes, and perhaps some other community amenities, but they are closed currently due to Covid-19. Many pet owners live in these condos. There is a good mixture of some students, some families, some older adults, and some young couples that live here. My neighbors look out for me and let me know if there is any suspicious activity going on in the area.
