Very okay
Not the best, but not the worst. The hardest thing is getting work orders done. The property management company is pretty useless, however, you can pay rent online to minimize interaction with them. The duplex itself is okay. Very middling. Pretty good value for the size. I like the location away from most students and more toward families.
