Absolutely love living here. Very walkable; 15 minute drive to school with traffic.

Great place in Hyde Park
Kleemax seems to be a great management company. My building is 4 units. The apartment has been well maintained and it’s big enough for me, my two dogs, and a roommate. Hyde Park/Oakley are the best places to live in Cincy, in my opinion. The only downside is that parking isn’t provided. However, there is usually ample street parking and a garage space is available to rent for $50/mo (but my roommate and I just park on the street).
