Overall, the apartment is very nice and something any person would enjoy.

Although I am renting from the same Property Manager as my last residence, I enjoy this property much better. The walls are thicker, the location is better, and the overall feel of the apartment is more mature. I feel as though I have the entire building to myself as I hardly ever see any of the other tenants (my building has approximately 30 units). It is a nice building. The only downside is the shabby-looking elevator and lack of in-unit laundry.
