Good Location and Value
I was initially nervous about living in a studio apartment, but the studio is divided, so it is almost as if it is separate rooms, the wall separating the living area and bedroom just doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and there isn't a door separating them. I have a very large bathroom and closet. One of my favorite features is the huge balcony for each unit. When the weather is nice, it really expands the living space and space to entertain friends. The location is pretty quiet and safe, on a dead end street that is off of a semi major road. I live about 15-20 minutes from school and the commute is not bad at all. There is a lot to do nearby and I like that I am never more than 15 minutes from where I want to go, whether that be downtown for a game or up into the suburbs to go to the mall. I really enjoy living alone as well, I definitely think its worth it. Management is very responsive as well.
