Large rental in safe area
Huge duplex in safe Southside area. All of the bedrooms are large and have walk-in closets. My unit has a one car garage, but there are also others in the neighborhood with a two car garage that are just a bit more expensive. Jacobs provides lawn care. Dogs (some breed restrictions apply) and cats are allowed with extra deposit and pet rent.
None of the finishes are especially fancy, but Jacobs keeps their rentals in good clean shape and decently updated. The neighborhood is mostly young families, professionals, and graduate students.
Walking distance to the Southside Las Margaritas, a coffee shop, sushi place, liquor store, Jimmy Johns, and Bethel Park. 5min drive to Grindstone, which has multiple grocery stores, places to eat and shop, etc. The drive to school is pretty average, and you aren't going to get much better without living downtown.
