Great apartment
Fantastic location, near Coventry village and not too far from Cedar-Fairmount. Spacious balcony out front.
Apartment is huge, includes in-unit laundry (although not every unit in the building does), and all utilities except electricity and wifi are included. 2 off-street parking spaces are also included.
Only complaints are that the building is old.
The landlord, Sylvia, is a wonderful lady who is very responsive and will help you out with whatever.

Great all around!
Lived here since starting med school in 2016. Good property, reasonably priced, responsive management, and mostly in good condition. Heat is occasionally an issue in the winters but management is responsive to concerns. Good area close to (current) campus and accessible to Coventry. Great landlady! Good covered parking available for $45/month or outside parking for $25/month

2669 Euclid Heights Blvd - K-Property Management
I've lived here for 2 years now and pretty much everything has been great. Rent is reasonable, covered (proper garage) and uncovered parking is available behind the building for $45/$25 a month respectively, the building is in good condition, and the landlady Sylvia is very responsive. When issues come up (a couple of occasions where the heat wasn't running very well, bathroom repair work, etc), she promptly and professionally addresses it. The unit itself is very spacious and it's nice that it has 2 full bathrooms. Not having to pay for heat or water is also awesome. Electricity isn't included but we pay at most $50/month between 3 of us for that.

3BR/2BA Apartment at 2669 Euclid Heights
Overall, a great apartment, location, and management. Lots of space, building is secure, there is an enclosed garage with parking available for $45/month. Heat and water are included in the rent, which is very nice for the winter. It is an older building, as are most in Cleveland, but everything is in pretty good shape. Sylvia Kugelman, the landlady and owner of K-Property Management, has her office in the building and she is always very responsive to any issues that come up. There aren't a lot of 3 bedroom apartments with 2 full baths so that was a big plus for us, and there is an included washer/dryer. The kitchen is a bit small and it can get hot in the summers since there is no A/C but I would call those relatively minor compared to all the pluses.
