Small Space in Lovely Neighborhood
These are small apartments in a low-key area of Columbia. Upper level apartments have great vaulted ceilings. Generally, the apartments have great master closets and tubs. The property management is old school so do not expect to pay via an app or have a day-of fix to any issue. Repairs may take 3-5 days depending on the management's sense of urgency in the matter. Rent increases each year. Pool is shared with residential neighborhood; many children and families frequent the pool. Several apartments have 2 entrance/exits, both are accessed from a keypad locked hallway. Great neighborhoods and 2 miles from the MKT trail.
