Great property
Location is nice: in a very peaceful neighborhood with a mix of families and students. Close to some restaurants but difficult to walk to campus. House is very spacious and is a great deal for how big the rooms are. Laundry and dryer included. Landlord is very responsive and friendly. The house is pretty old, but everything looks nice. Lots of windows for natural light.

extremely spacious and responsive management
The landlord is extremely responsive. The bedrooms are huge. The communal spaces are enormous. Nice lawn.
The only downside is that it can get a little chilly. The rooms are so large that it is difficult to heat with the old furnace of the house. However, the landlord provides space heaters to remedy this; electric is not paid by tenant.
