Apartment with perfect location that gets the job done.
Great apartment for the price. Rent $975 split between a roommate is 500 including utilities and internet. Landlady isn't great and doesn't like being involved with problems, but if you are persistent she will help. We've enjoyed our time here because it's cozy, and SUPER close to school. Downsides are the laundry machines are in the building's basement and the lack of dishwasher with a small sink. The stove/oven isn't modern, but safe. Overall, this apartment got the job done for 3 years.
