2220 Murray Hill Rd

This is an older building, but the rooms are nice and spacious and there's plenty of windows. No central air, but comes with one AC unit, I would suggest buying another for the kitchen. No in unit washer/dryer but access to coin operated ones in the building across the street. Heated by radiator in the winter, which can be pretty loud, but keeps you warm. Landlord is very nice and quick to respond to issues. Access to a large locker in the basement for storage. The CWRU frats are across the street so sometimes you'll hear loud voices but no blasting music or anything. Also the train tracks are right behind the building so that is also a source of noise.

Responsive landlord. Nice apartment with lots of natural light. Recently redone bathroom. You have to pay $2/ load of laundry though.

My landlord is so sweet and amazing and responds to requests immediately. The apartment is always the perfect temperature. It has steam heat which works great. No central air, but the AC units work great (self-provided). Great location. Walking distance to the shuttle stop to get to the dental school. Close to the gym and all the restaurants in little Italy. Parking is included in the price listed, and have a spot in the back lot. laundry is across the street and accepts quarters. She does allow cats, but no dogs.

Great location, but old (like all of Little Italy)

My apartment building is older but in pretty good shape. My landlord is very responsive to issues, with most being handled within 24 hours. It's technically a company, but really my landlord is an older woman who owns 3 apartment buildings on Murray Hill, and he son handles most of the issues around the area.
