Townhomes Review
Nice, finished property that is great value and spacious. Very close to the HEC and close to other medical students. Management is impersonal and not incredibly responsive (we don't bother fixing all of the issues in the house because of the management). Neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired; neighborhood isn't very walkable and there isn't a lot around the townhomes.

Townhomes are the absolute move!
I love living in the townhomes. Housing is cheap, affordable, and quite luxurious for the low prices. The location is also amazing; it is about a 12 minute walk to the HEC to get to class. If you can find roommates, townhomes are a solid option.

Good Property
The house has a good location, very walkable to the HEC. Upstairs is a little drafty. Good living area. Kitchen needs some updating. Living and dining areas are nice. Nice garage.
