This is the second apartment I've rented from Ridgefield. They are a small, friendly, and responsive company. The properties are well maintained and any issues are addressed quickly.

Both apartments have been in the Coventry and Superior/Mayfield area. Free parking is available and there is generally the option to pay for covered parking.

If you have a dog, being close to Forest Hills Park (Mayfield/Superior) would be a plus. It has great spaces where dogs go off leash and is otherwise just a nice place to go for a run.

Amazing apartment for a couple (or maybe a family) and a great place for dog or cat owners. 2nd floor of a home, probably about 1000 sq ft. Lot of windows, nice living room and dining room, good kitchen, and an awesome balcony/porch that could only be improved by better southern and western exposure. Large park across the street is great for a run and popular with dog owners. Good set of buildings in the area with lots of grad students. Forced air heat and central air conditioning. Laundry in the basement is paid with a reload-able card, but hook-ups are available and the management is fine with someone bringing in their own washer and dryer.

On-site covered parking for one car is included in the rent. More free and secure spaces are available across the street at the community center. It takes me ten minutes, door to door, to bike into school. The apartment is also one block from two bus lines that go to the campus. A couple of minutes to walk to Coventry.

Ridgefield Mgmt (Debra) has a number of other single and multiple bedroom places in the area. She's a good landlord and her places are definitely worth checking out.
