Good if you're looking for a place that's close to campus
The apartment is pretty nice, it comes furnished and is pretty spacious. They are pet friendly, I have an 85 lb pitbull and a kitten and had no problem getting them registered. There's lot of places around to walk my dog and an outside area that includes the poop bag stations. It's right on the edge of campus which makes for a quick 5 minute drive to campus and I have walked occasionally (35 minutes). The apartment is pretty clean and pretty quiet aside from the occasional party but security is really good and responsive and they take care of noise complaints very quickly. It's also pretty safe, you can't get into any building anywhere without a key. The prices are pretty high though and they make you pay $125 a month for parking and even then the parking is limited and if you come in late you'll have to park nearly on the top floor. Additionally, there is little to no guest parking. Utilities are pretty cheap, I rent an entire 2 bedroom by myself so I have no roommates and keep my temperature super cold (68-70 degrees) and my utility bill for water and electricity is around $100-$125. My biggest problem is there are two buildings and if you are in the building that is not the main building like I am then you have to walk to the main building to have access to the trash chute as there is not a trash chute in the main building. Additionally, management is run by undergrad students so it can be pretty frustrating when you have a problem as they're not very responsive and often seem like they have no idea what they're talking about and can be rude.
