Conrex Home

Our renting experience with Conrex has been fine, although we’ve had several issues including underground water leaks and faulty electrical work. Although Conrex has timely fixed these issues, the home still has maintenance problems pop up rather frequently. However, when we moved in we had new carpets, nice appliances, and fresh paint. We have a nice big backyard for our dog, and our neighbors are friendly. Overall, we’ve had a fairly good experience, less the maintenance issues.
