Quiet and built well

Very quiet, good management, and safe. Ideal place for law and medical students. A bit pricy but there are promotions.

The Pierce

The location right next to the law school was great! Maintenance was also very quick to respond. Property manager was not great.

The Pierce is good, but not great for the price.

You can’t beat the convenience aspect of the Pierce, it is the absolute shortest “commute” to the law school. But it does have its downsides too. For one, your kitchen will look directly into the law school and if you’re fortunate to live on floors 6-9 you will face professors offices. Management for the Pierce is alright, but it could overall be better (they often make demands that you come pick up your packages in the middle of the day, you technically aren’t allowed to host more than 2 non-residents in the common spaces, there are really strict trash rules, etc.) But overall it’s a great place to live if you want to avoid the law school parking disaster.

Good Location

I live right next to the school so I do not have to worry about parking. Its been a good experience. The apartment building is clean and quiet for the most part and their is a gym on the 1st floor. There is also a parking garage with assigned spots.

Close to campus

The reason why I like living at the Pierce is due to the fact that it is right in front of Capital University Law School. I did not have to buy a car and it is the most convenient during the winter when it snows.
