Good apartment

Good apartment for the price. Management is good at responding and maintenance usually gets to your requests the next day. No in-unit laundry in my unit (1bdr 1bath). There a 4 laundry room throughout the complex but you have to pay and they break often. Floors are super creaky and walls are paper thin. Decent gym and clean pool. Location is a little sketchy but you are 15 mins from literally EVERYTHING which is really nice.

Retreat of Shawnee Review

Good apartment for the lower price point in KC. Only 12 minutes from school. They offer covered parking if you want to pay for it. Pets are allowed but you have to pay pet rent. Pool and gym are pretty nice and clean. Have a poo print program so everyone must pick up after their pets which is great! This means dog park is free of droppings! Management is nice and maintenance is very quick about fixing any problem!
