Garage Apartment
This apartment has been great as a first year. I wanted to live alone in order to make sure I could get away and adequately study when I needed to. Even though it is a 10 minute door to door to the B school it has been great. I am charged a flat rate including utilities and cable so it has been nice to be able to budget. As well, it is a lot cheaper than any of the 1 bedroom options at the apartment complexes or off Franklin Street. The apartment was recently redone and is in a neighborhood of fairly recent builds.
