Edgehill Neighborhood
I LOVE the location and how much I am paying for the location. I live so close to campus that I walk and didn't have to buy a parking pass. The Edgehill neighborhood is also so cute, close to campus, Centennial, coffee shops, bars, etc. The apartment itself had all new appliances when I moved in and laundry in-unit. It's about 750 square feet.
To get the location I wanted, I had to give up other things. For example, I don't have a window in my living room. However, I do have a window in my bedroom and I save a couple hundred dollars a month. Plus, my living room is underground and doubles as a tornado shelter!

Within a 10 minute walk to campus; 15 minute walk to Demonbreum; 20 min walk to the gulch.
Recently renovated with energy efficient appliances. Only con is that the walls are thin. Perfect space for one person.
