Good Value and Location
Rent is much cheaper than other graduate students that I know. I can ride my bike to campus in about 10 minutes. Laundry is on the premises, were not charged for using the laundry. The apartment is definitely older, the floors are slanted and the windows are very old (and do not insulate very well at all). However, for 2 bedrooms downtown, the price is hard to beat.

Good Value and Location
Location is close to campus, about 10 minute bike ride, 20 min walk--depending how quickly you walk.
Laundry in included, which means $$$ saved. There is off-street parking, the kitchen was recently remodeled, and there is great character with a double sided fireplace.
