Old, but what’s new in Charleston?
Great location. Good space for the rent, but in definite need of repairs and upkeep of appliances and finishing a (cracked tiles and grout missing in bathrooms). Old apartment so struggles with lacking gutters, insulation, or other outdated features not up to current code. Laid back landlords, good for being able to paint or hang things for a personal touch, not great on responsiveness to issues.

Good price. Walkable location. No restrictions on dog breed. Mostly quiet and safe. Off street parking. Hands off landlord - ok most of the time, sometimes difficult with responses to issues.
