Nice, Quiet Location and Great Space
It is a 3 bedroom home but only 2 bedrooms are rented (and we use the 3rd bedroom for storage). There is a nice big kitchen, a spacious laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a big backyard with lots of trees and bushes for privacy. There is one shared bathroom, but it's also pretty spacious. Nice big living room and an attached, screened in porch (also tons of room for storage). The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in prospect hill. No undergrads :-) Parking is street parking but it's free and I've never had a problem. Very close to the B-line! The landlords are nice and accommodating, and they own a couple of other homes in the neighborhood as well. Has central air and heat. All utilities are separate from rent.
