Decent place--and close to campus
My spouse and I have enjoyed our time here since we moved in a few years back--the rent is reasonable, the floor tile in particular is fantastic, and it's just about right for two people. I like that it's about a 5 minute bike ride to LSU (or 10 min. to get to my main building). The management is always pleasant as well.
