Waterstone at Green River review
This is an amazing apartment complex. There’s a lake with a walkway surrounding it, a pool with a grill area, and a small gym. The complex offers a valet trash and recycling service so all you have to do is set it outside your door. The units themselves are very nice and also come with a balcony. I have only had to call maintenance a couple times in which they have responded quickly and fixed my issues. I have never had any issues with noise, in fact it is always fairly quiet. I have also never had any issues finding a close parking spot. As a woman, I’ve never felt unsafe when coming home late at night. The key is electronic and I feel very safe. The complex is located close to many grocery stores and restaurants. While internet, cable, electric, water/trash are not included in rent, the total usually never comes out more than around $1,100. I cannot recommend this complex enough :)
