Review
The place itself is nice but management is unresponsive most of the time. On top of that, the place can get really loud and the walls are pretty thin.

Pretty but Poor managment
Above two bars so it gets really loud - this also draws the wrong crowd and there has been two gun related incidents very nearby. Management is not transparent, maintenance is ridiculously slow
Yes there’s a pool and a rooftop and comes furnished but it is one of the most expensive housing options in Muncie and swarmed with loud undergrads and management is basically ran by lawyers
Over all me and my classmates are not happy here. We’ve all had issues with the couches they provided us and they have taken months to replace it. The wifi is not the most reliable unless you use a router and even then they perform maintenance unannounced so you can just be out of wifi at random. Most recently there was a thunderstorm and they have yet to resolve the issues it caused: broken AC system.
