My Cat is the Nicest Feature of This Apartment

Super spacious 1-bedroom, but lacking closet/storage space. Old building, so there are some smells. I can't hear my neighbors for the most part, but every time the door to the lobby/mailbox room is opened, it sounds like someone is barging into my apartment. I love the large windows, but I'm on the ground level so I don't have a ton of privacy. My cat loves watching the birds and deer walk around outside.

Includes free parking. The lot doesn't have painted lines though, and people don't know how to park -- so sometimes there aren't spaces available. The leasing office sometimes sends out mass emails reminding people to be more aware.

I really like how close this apartment is to campus. It's less than a ten-minute walk to get to campus/downtown. That being said, there is also a lot of foot traffic from Seminary Square. Bikes have to be kept outside, locked on the bike rack. Even with the most secure bike lock available, my bike tires and seat were stolen from my bike within a few weeks. I don't think there is a single bike that still has all of its parts. Leasing office does nothing and rental agreement prohibits storing bikes inside units.

Quiet, Cozy, Great Location

10-15 minute walk from campus, 5 minute walk to Kroger. A little small but the rent is cheap! Neighbors are nice, no pets allowed. Most units have a half kitchen though, so if you're used to cooking big meals it can get kind of difficult. Management is very responsive and fixes issues within a day or two!
