A wonderful place to live
I have loved living in my apartment. Omega has been very responsive with any issues (if any) come up, but overall there haven’t been much. I loved being in a smaller building as well. My only complaint is the building next door (not owned by Omega) can be quite loud. The apartment itself is very cozy and spacious.

Property Mgmt company does a fantastic job at quickly replying to maintenance requests and coming out to help when something goes wrong.
Feels like a fantastic value for the size, quality of unit, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Wood floors, nice (but smaller) kitchen, large living room, in unit washer/dryer, etc.
