DO NOT RENT WITH BRAWLEY!

DO NOT RENT WITH BRAWLEY!!!!
They will never have maintenance people come fix stuff, and when they do they will charge you for things that were broken before you moved in.
They will say they can do early move-in, but it is a lie. When I moved in, all of the lights were dead, and the shower was broken.
Worst experience of my life, and they charged me HUNDREDS when I moved out for imaginary things. Sought legal remedy, but there was nothing I could do.
Friends had similar horrible experiences on different properties with Brawley. They are scam artists.
