Simple, but fantastic value
This is a townhouse-type unit. Two bedrooms and one bath is upstairs; the kitchen, living area, and guest bath is on the main floor; and there's an a bedroom, bath, and washer/dryer in the basement. There is even an extra office space in the basement, which can be used as a fourth bedroom (if you don't mind being without a door). Each two units share a small porch in the front and a small balcony in the back.
Management is nice and maintenance requests are usually filled out quickly. The parking lot has small spaces, so watch out for that. There's a nice common area with grass and a picnic table/shelter in the middle. It's a nice unit all-around.
