Misrepresentation and Horrible Service.
The only reason I gave this apt. a 2 was because the location is good and the apartment itself is not too bad. However, not one thing has gone well this year. I was told the place was pet friendly, but it is not. Because of lack of communication, I still do not know where I stand with having my dog there. Since moving in, AC, disposal, and dryer have all stopped working at one point. After the ceiling caved in due to water damage, I was out of my place for a month, and even after it took another two weeks to clean up the construction remnants from a sewage leak, which meant it was still unlivable. I tried to get out of my lease bc I pay so much to live there, but the owner would not let me. Even the address they provided for the apartment was incorrect. Overall, I seriously discourage anyone from living here, or dealing with Brawley Management for that matter.
