Lots of space - duplex up
The apartment is extremely spacious, a two story duplex up, which is great for 4 roommates and 3 dogs. For the most part it's an exceptional apartment with really great updated appliances. There are a few things that go wrong though, and our landlord tends to try to fix things himself where sometimes a specialist may be warranted. But overall it's very nice.
