Spacious Walk-Up
I love my 3rd floor apartment in Bucktown. I have brand new in unit laundry and my landlord helped me install a countertop dishwasher I got on facebook marketplace. It's very spacious w/ 2 bedrooms, 1 large walk in closet, 1 large walk in pantry, a back patio, and my kitchen and living room are separate and very spacious. My neighbors are incredibly nice and there's really a sense of community in this 100+ yo building. I love when I get to play with Pepita, my neighbor's dog. My landlord lives around the corner and even though the building shows its age my landlord comes over within an hour every time I ask him for anything! I live 0.5 miles from the Damen blue line stop so I'm really close to a lot of different restaurants and bars but my street is always quiet. It's about a 15 minute drive to school but I could also easily take the bus down Damen.
