Overall, great
The apartment is nice, the management company is quick to address maintenance issues. They do try to increase rent each year though. Covered parking is especially excellent in the winter.

Decent Property Management
My building is nice and perhaps importantly the management company (fulton grace) is typically quite responsive to questions/work orders etc.
Just a side note, if you are living in a high rise (I did my first two years of medical school) and it has lots of windows - please try to find out if the apartment heats well. I paid a lot in winters for electric heating only for the apartment to still be quite chilly and is a huge reason I moved.
