Decent price, great location, but that's the best thing
The apartment itself is OK - nicely redone kitchen, etc., but absolutely terrible construction on the entire place. Paper thin walls and ceilings, crappy window panes, and just a bare-minimum job on finish work and carpeting, etc., by the company.
If you get noisy neighbors above or below you, you'll literally be hearing every step they take and every word they utter, and that's annoying as hell. Property management company usually does the bare-minimum but, that's average as far as Boulder goes. Can't really complain about that.
Great location - couldn't ask for a better one there. And, some apartments have deck space, outdoor space, so that's nice too.
