Good Price, Great Location, Attentive Landlord

The house is in the Martin Acres neighborhood and is walking distance from the bus, which provides quick and easy access to the law school. Although the house basically has most of its original features (built in 1950s), it is a great price and a great space. The landlord is great and very attentive to our needs.
