Bang for my Buck
My landlord is extremely nice, but since the house is almost 100 years old it requires a lot of maintenance. My room is gigantic and the entire house is very spacious. There's amazing lighting, which makes all of my plants extremely happy. Also, a parking space is included in my rent so I don't have to worry about finding parking or moving my car during street sweeping. The kitchen appliances are fairly small and old, but they get the job done.
