Solid apartment near bus stop

Solid apartment (nothing fancy, minimal amenities) for a decent price. About 30 min walk to Optometry school, but there is a bus stop very conveniently in front of the apartment that takes you straight to campus (comes every ~30 min). Landlord can be strict about certain things, so prefers responsible tenants. No AC and Laundry room is on the 3rd floor. One parking space per unit. We get ants when the weather gets too hot or cold - not other pest problem we are aware of.
