House in homewood with porch and large fenced yard

Beautiful, sunny 3-bedroom house with an open family room. Large backyard which is fully fenced; wonderful for dogs who like to run. Landlord has been wonderful: very responsive and considerate; no surprise visits.
Perfect for either 3 roommates or a small family. Backyard is ideal for studying in the sunshine, hammocking, slack lining, hosting get togethers etc. Landlord is looking for someone to move in July 1st; please reply quickly of interested.
